Thursday, July 3

Kickoff Party and Final Registration begins at 5:00 p.m. in the Hamilton Princess’ Harborview Ballroom. Dinner Buffet starts at 6:30 p.m. followed by the Captains Meeting at 7:30 p.m. Make sure to try the rum at the Goslings tasting bar.

All teams that are pre-registered and teams needing to register must send at least one representative to obtain tournament credentials.
All boat captains must attend the scheduled captains and anglers meeting at 7:30 p.m. If they do not attend, they accept and agree to be bound by all instructions and/or rule changes made orally or in writing during that meeting.

Friday, July 4

Fishing day: 8:30 a.m. start, 4:30 p.m. lines out.

Private Goslings/Tito’s Bar at Barr’s Bay Park weigh station starting at 5:00 p.m.

Saturday, July 5

Fishing day: 8:30 a.m. start, 4:30 p.m. lines out.

Private Goslings/Tito’s Bar at Barr’s Bay Park weigh station starting at 5:00 p.m.

Sunday, July 6

Fishing day: 8:30 a.m. start, 4:30 p.m. lines out.

Private Goslings/Tito’s Bar at Barr’s Bay Park weigh station starting at 5:00 p.m.

Monday, July 7

Awards Gala and Dinner will be held from 6:30 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. at the Hamilton Princess’ 6:30 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. Harborview Ballroom. Make sure to try the rum at the Goslings tasting bar.

Event Locations: The Hamilton Princess Hotel, Harborview Ballroom. Weigh-ins and release video check-ins at the Barr’s Bay Park Waterfront. Private Goslings/Tito’s bar at Barr’s Bay Park with specialty Goslings and Tito’s cocktails each day.

Friday, July 11

Boat parade off the Hamilton Princess dock at 6:15 a.m. Participants are encouraged to decorate their boats’ outriggers with flags and banners. All boats line up behind the lead boat at 6:15 a.m. and start a slow parade to Two Rocks Passage.

Fishing day: 8:30 a.m. start, 4:30 p.m. lines out.

5:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. – Image review and weigh-in at Barr’s Bay Park. Private Goslings/Tito’s bar.

Saturday, July 12

Fishing day: 8:30 a.m. start, 4:30 p.m. lines out.

5:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. – Image review and weigh-in at Barr’s Bay Park. Private Goslings/Tito’s bar.

Sunday, July 13

Fishing day: 8:30 a.m. start, 4:30 p.m. lines out.

5:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. – Image review and weigh-in at Barr’s Bay Park. Private Goslings/Tito’s bar.

Monday, July 14

Dinner Gala and Awards at 6:30 p.m. in the Hamilton Princess’ Harborview Ballroom. Enjoy more of your favorite rum at the Goslings tasting bar. Get your duty-free Goslings on your way out.

Thursday, July 17

Kickoff Party! Final Registration, Dinner Buffet and Captains Meeting at the Docksider Pub Hamilton from 5:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Captains Meeting will be held at 7:00 p.m.

Sea Horse Billfish Awards Banquet at the Royal Bermuda Yacht Club from 6:30 p.m. – 9:30 p.m.

Bermuda Triple Crown Awards presented following the Sea Horse Billfish Awards.
