Sweet pineapple and fresh lime are just the refreshing things you’ll be looking for once your hog shoulder has made its rounds on the grill. Hints of tarragon bring the sweetness down to an oh-so-complex but practical version of yummy. This cocktail pairs perfectly with Smoked Wild Hog Shoulder and Carolina Barbeque Sauce.
Ingredients
- 1½ oz. Tito’s Handmade Vodka
- 2 oz. soda water
- 1½ oz. pineapple juice
- 1 oz. pineapple, cubed
- ¾ oz. simple syrup
- ½ oz. fresh lime juice
- 2 tarragon leaves
Muddle tarragon and pineapple in a shaker. Add ice, vodka, pineapple juice, lime juice and simple syrup. Shake and strain into a glass over ice, and garnish with a lime slice and tarragon sprig.
