A refreshing drink made with Tito’s Handmade Vodka, fresh lime juice, and ginger syrup, enhanced with muddled jalapeño or red chile slices for a spicy kick. Served over ice and topped with club soda, it’s garnished with a lime wedge for a vibrant finish. This cocktail pairs well with Korean Pork Bulgogi Barbecue.
Ingredients
- 2 oz. Tito’s Handmade Vodka
- ¾ oz. fresh lime juice
- ½ oz. ginger syrup
- 2 to 3 slices jalapeño or red chile pepper
- Club soda
- Lime wedge
Preparation
- In a cocktail shaker, muddle the peppers to release the flavor.
- Fill the shaker with ice. Then add vodka, lime juice and ginger syrup; shake well until chilled.
- Strain the mixture into a glass filled with ice cubes, and top with club soda.
- Stir gently to combine, and garnish with a lime wedge, if desired.
