Ingredients
- 1½ oz. vodka
- 1 oz. cream of coconut
- 4 oz. fresh pineapple juice
Directions
Add all ingredients and crushed ice in a blender. Whirl until smooth. Pour into a short glass, and garnish with a pineapple slice and a Luxardo cherry or two. This cocktail pairs perfectly with a Tuna Poke Tower.
