Slices of fresh-cut citrus, blood orange juice, a bottle of your favorite Spanish white wine, a little Cointreau, and club soda mixed up in a pretty pitcher places this ­sangria at the pinnacle of festive. Add ice cubes frozen with pomegranate arils, and you’ve just hit Carnival status. This sangria pairs perfectly with Grouper Cakes with Red Pepper Sauce.
