Bermuda Rum Swizzle: The Island’s Signature Cocktail

Mix up a refreshing Bermuda Rum Swizzle, a vibrant blend of Gosling's rums, citrus juices, and bitters, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 4 oz. Gosling’s Gold Seal rum
  • 4 oz. Gosling’s Black Seal rum
  • 8 oz. fresh-squeezed orange juice
  • 8 oz. pineapple juice
  • ¾ oz. grenadine
  • 6 dashes Angostura bitters
  • Orange slices, pineapple wedges, cherries for garnish

Preparation

Fill a pitcher with ice, and add the rums, juices, grenadine and bitters. Churn the mixture with a swizzle stick until frothy, pour into ice-filled rocks glasses, and garnish with orange slice, pineapple wedge and cherry. Pair with Bermuda Hogfish Stew.
